Mazao Online provides a marketplace platform for farmers and buyers to list, discover, and purchase agricultural products. We are a platform; transactions are between buyers and sellers unless stated otherwise.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and fulfilment. Buyers agree to pay for confirmed orders via supported mobile money methods.
Payments are processed through third-party mobile money providers. Failed or disputed payments are handled according to provider rules and our support process.
You may not use the app for illegal goods, fraud, harassment, or activities that harm other users or the platform.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app. See account deletion.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the marketplace.
